The tests were conducted under the supervision of Dr. W. E. Maullin, principal of the University, and Dr. A. G. Pennington, associate professor of electrical engineering. Results were com¬ puted by Dr. Paul B. Mounds, associate professor of electrical engineering. In the exams, 30 elemenlary and 30 higher-level students were tested on the 1 st, 2 nd and 3 nd semesters of their university careers.
